I needed a discontinued printer to replace one we had that was very defective. CTS had immediate availability that I was able to order. The printer arrived soon after, packaged very well and with no damage.

Was replacing a hard to find part for my printer, CTS had the part. When they realized that the page hadn't been fully setup and the shipping cost was off, they contacted me quickly and resolved it. Even went as far as to ensure that the part they listed was actually what I was trying to get. I know of countless companies that would of screwed this up, but not CTS.

Very pleased with the process, prompt shipping, and the product. I would recommend.
