Brian was a very knowledgeable, patient instructor. He addressed all questions in a kind, professional manner. I would definitely recommend taking this course!

Great course!!! Angela is an excellent instructor and very knowledgeable about Sharepoint. She was able to troubleshoot issues to inform users of alternative options. I highly recommend both courses, and the instructor, to anyone feeling lost working remotely in Sharepoint. I also suggest CTS Training add a course linking Teams and Sharepoint. Both work collaboratively to advance the "new normal" of working remotely.

Helpful and enthusiastically presented. The class actually went by much more quickly than I thought it would. I hit a snag due to my brower crashing but am able to retake the part I missed.

This class is awesome! Everything from the communication, to the technology set up was a breeze. I had no issues. The teacher was super sweet and definitely knew the in's and out's of excel. I would recommend this class to other workers and workplaces!

The [in person] class was often interrupted by the [on-line] participants that could not easily navigate the remote set up. While the instructor did an excellent job at mitigating the interruptions and responding to the on-line needs, I do think that some valuable time was lost in the process. Perhaps the classes would be more efficient if on-line and in-person were not mixed.
