The second time is a charm
2nd time taking the class but with Jonathan it feels like the 1st time because he’s so thorough and teaches in an easier to understand format.

Very attentive and resourceful

Teacher is very knowledgeable and makes the class engaging and easy to learn. This class is for the certification exam only. For inexperience aspiring BA like myself, I will need additional courses to be able to transition to a BA job.

Pleased with overall classes schedule
Pleased with overall classes schedule, class sizes and instructor's knowledge of material. I would highly recommend CTS Training to anyone looking to get some certificates under their belt.

Great Class!
The Excel class was a really great training! I got more information here than I did in college. Great, knowledgeable, patient instructors that want everyone to succeed.
