I have been a user since Stem Count (over ten years) and not only is the new iteration of this software much worse than the older version, I can now not add new recipes without paying $300+ a month. I was told on my migration call that my rate and functionality would not change because I am an early adopter and long time user. So much for brand loyalty. Also, this update came at the WORST POSSIBLE TIME for anyone with an events business. I have relied on Curate for years and now have to either learn a new system with less functionality than the old system and pay an extortion level monthly fee or find new software. So, basically, either way, I am f*cked as my business is growing and I have been training my team on this software.

They forced people off good software, onto terrible software with less features and they seem to have no intention of fixing the problems despite their insane fee. Look elsewhere, who knows what features they will remove next. Seriously you cant even have the clients name on the top of every page anymore, why remove that, why force me to waste my time turning to the front page. Just terrible if you have a large volume of clients each week.

Nightmare is an understatement! I have lost so much money. They didn’t just change EVERYTHING but they did it in the middle of the busiest time of the year. Not only have I lost business due to bids for 2026. But I have had to hire additional staff to help navigate the process. I have brides not Paying on time because you had to toggle another piece on. And instead of 20 days before final payment due they put it down as three days before the wedding. I couldn’t figure out why my customers weren’t paying on time. Toggle this, toggle that. They Setup everything differently than what was a program that was easy to navigate. It went from beautiful layouts to glitches and I’m paying the most for all the programs.and I only have a certain amount of proposals or I have to pay more now. To say I am completely frustrated and disappointed in this program is an understatement! So frustrating. I was doing this myself. Now I have my husband and employees working with me. They are frustrated as well. $is rolling out on hours and upset customers waiting for updates and proposals

Nightmare! This whole migration is a complete disaster. The set up is way more complicated than it needs to be. The items are not populating. It would print the first 2 days, now just code shows up. We have tried several different browsers, computers and 2 different printers. The same code shows up at the top row of an empty page. Nothing else will print. It is just a blank sheet, with symbols at the top. We have had to hand write all of our recipes and timelines. They have an AI chatbot that is not working. You follow the instructions and the items you add are not saving. I can't get a human and they are just making excuses. I have lost so many man hours trying to get this thing working smack dab in the middle of wedding season. I can't get new estimates out because there are properties such as 15% fee that will not show up or populate in the line items. I don't know who gave them a good review on this, but it must be fake. I have used this system for years and they basically just lost a client. They attempted to get caterers and venues for more money and now they have alienated the entire floral design community. I will be going to another floral software company that understands their clients

After being a loyal customer for years, Curate has recently forced all clients (including us) into a new platform that was not ready for mass-migration as it does not function properly. They chose to do this during the height of the wedding season. Customer service has been terrible — very slow to respond if they respond at all. Our team has invested countless hours trying to repair issues in our client proposals which did not migrate correctly from the old system. This is a massive amount of extra work that we have absolutely no time for. Our entire team is now working double-overtime just to keep our heads above water and ensure that we can produce our clients’ events. A total nightmare.

Terrible service. Make you wait after taking your money. Send emails and don’t reply back for over a week. Paid loads of money over the months and that’s what you get in return. . They have recently said they would give 40% off next order but conveniently the code didn’t work so emailed them about two weeks ago to say the code didn’t work and need a new one and not heard anything back. Seems they are waiting for the 1st of September to provide the new code as obviously the prices are going sky high now well no longer be purchasing from curate.
