We worked with Adam to create custom mini demonstration kits for Geneoscopy’s ColoSense colorectal cancer screening test, and the entire experience was excellent. Before production, he created a pre-print and walked us through it over video so we could see exactly how the finished product would look. He also helped us develop the locking mechanism for the box and was incredibly patient and responsive throughout multiple rounds of proofing and revisions. When I realized I had made an error in the instructions for use, Adam immediately helped us get them corrected, reprinted, and shipped quickly, which saved us a significant amount of time and stress. He was consistently kind, accommodating, and easy to work with throughout the process. The final mini kits turned out fantastic and do exactly what we needed: give providers and others a realistic demonstration of how patients use the ColoSense collection kit. We couldn’t be happier with the quality or the service. Highly recommend Adam and the Custom Packaging Lane team.

I vetted 5 popular packaging companies before going with Custom Packing Lane. I narrowed it down to them and one other company offering similar pricing. I ended up choosing Custom Packaging Lane for 2 important reasons: 1. Customer Service** and 2. Quality*** 1. I struggled to submit an online request form on their website, but luckily Kevin reached out to me directly offering assistance. THIS IS WHAT I WANT IN A COMPANY! Especially when collaborating on the design of a product. Being able to directly email a single person changed the whole game. Kevin was ultra attentive, even more quick to respond than I was, knowledgeable, patient, and very kind and easy to work with. He guided me every step of the way and in the end, I received my boxes EXACTLY as I envisioned them! It was a 10/10 experience from beginning to end. 2. This company quoted me the same as another larger, “budget” company but Custom Packing Lane’s quote was for significantly thicker cardstock at the same price. It made all the difference in my final product quality. I highly recommend this company for your packaging needs. The customer service is enough reason on its own, but they also have ultra competitive pricing, a LOT of packaging options, and did an impeccable job at the quality control of my print. Kevin even followed up with me upon delivery, and I hadn’t even known they were Sitting outside my door yet! He caught it first. Kevin is on point! This is a trustworthy and professional company who deserves 5 stars across the board. I will be using them for all of my future projects.
