Half Price PackagingReviews of halfpricepackaging.com

I had a great experience working with Half Price Packaging on custom packaging for my candle brand. Cynthia was helpful and professional throughout the process, and I’m very pleased with the finished boxes. The quality, construction, and overall presentation met my expectations. The boxes feel sturdy and complement the premium look I wanted for my brand.

Great experience, communication and product. We are on our second order and will be back!

Love my soap boxes! Good customer services and fast shipping!

It has been a wonderful experience working with Half Priced Packaging. They have been very instrumental in our launch of single serve old fashioned cocktail mixers. They were able to accommodate a lower moq for stick packs, Mylar bags, and point of sale display cartons at a good price. Henry Collins was always in communication with me and consistently responsive during the design phase, allowing me several revisions. I will certainly continue working with them as our product line expands.

I was in contact with Cynthia from the beginning, and she was very helpful throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, there was an issue with my original custom box order. The first boxes were not functional because they could not properly close, which meant I wasn’t able to use them for my products. After communicating the issue, the team worked with me to find a solution and sent me a replacement order, which I really appreciated. The boxes from the second order were functional and closed properly, which was one of the most important things for me since I needed packaging that I could actually use for my products. The design was also generally what I had chosen. However, I did notice some inconsistencies in the background printing—some boxes had a more muted/opaque background, while others were brighter. Because of this, not all of the boxes look exactly the same. Delivery and response times can be slow, so I would recommend keeping that in mind when ordering. However, I do want to highlight the customer service. Even though communication sometimes took longer than expected, Cynthia and the team were ultimately helpful and effective in resolving the problem. At the end of the day, I received a replacement order with boxes that were functional, closed properly, and had the custom design I selected. Despite the issues along the way, I appreciate that the company took responsibility for the problem and provided a solution.

I was pleasantly suprised at how nicely my boxes turned out! I definitely would work with them again.

Boxes came out better than expected. Labels looked great and great quality too. Shipping was super fast. Cynthia was patient and kind and easy to work with. We will be doing business with them again.

The accommodated me in every way. I will use them again and I recommend them to anyone
