The communication is very great(: They confirm all details with you before they do any proceeding. They make sure you’re 100% satisfied. When I received my ring I was astonished! Ring exceeded my expectations(: And they provide FREE engraving.

I was a little skeptical about ordering my engagement ring from Darby but I am so glad I did!! The ring came out even better than I imagined. The customer service was incredibly helpful with all of my questions. They even sent me an email with a video of the completed ring. I will be ordering our wedding band from them. Also I am a real person(from Orlando, FL) writing an honest review about my experience.

I ordered an east - west radiant cut solitaire, which is not the easiest ring to find. Shipping was delayed due to an issue with their manufacturer, but in the end I was very satisfied with the product, and thankful for their attention to quality. The ring is beautiful and reasonably priced. Her family and friends are impressed. Shipping was prompt. Very happy with my experience. Will recommend.
