Highly recommended company We have worked with DCL for about 8 years now. They are consistently responsive, professional, thorough, and highly skilled. They provide webinars on current topics and share valuable expertise. They are trustworthy and helpful. It is nice to know that we don't have to keep up with new content formats - they do it for us.

There was no friction, but we felt like the communication should've been better. It took us a year to clean up from the conversion. Primarily, we didn't understand the questions we should ask.

My book includes lyrics, poetry, images and captions that require special formatting to appear properly in various electronic media. DCL does it better than any other vendor I have ever had the pleasure of using. Some publishing outlets offer to convert your pdf files for free, but nothing I saw from them was acceptable. Others, that charge for their conversion services, say they cannot maintain the formatting I require for lyrics, poetry and captioning -- and that makes them all non-starters.
