I used their service based on a recommendation. I can confirm that the proxies themselves work well, but the pricing model is very tricky. It feels like your data gets burned extremely fast. I was only using Reddit for basic browsing, no videos or heavy traffic. With other providers, 3–4 GB usually lasts me at least a month. However, with this service, the full 18 GB was consumed in less than a week. That is simply not acceptable for normal usage, and because of that, I cannot recommend their service.

Hi Danny, Thanks for the feedback. Since traffic usage is a common concern, let us clarify how billing works on our side - this may help other readers too. We bill at the network socket level, which means we count the actual bytes transferred over the network in both directions (incoming and outgoing), including protocol overhead - TCP handshakes, TLS record headers, HTTP headers, retries, etc. On top of that, if targeting filters (country, city, ASN) are applied, traffic is billed with a multiplier shown directly in your plan. Reddit specifically also tends to be heavier than it feels - image previews, video autoplay, ads, and background API calls all add up even during "basic browsing." We'd be happy to pull the actual usage logs for your account and walk you through where the 18 GB went, byte by byte. Feel free to reach out to [email protected], and we'll look into it together. Best, DataImpulse Team

I purchased 50GB of proxy data, and within minutes, 16GB was drained by an unauthorized third party targeting Instagram. I immediately reached out to their support to report this security breach and manually changed my password to secure my account. Instead of investigating the rogue IP address or helping me recover my stolen data, their support team completely blocked my account, accusing me of a "Terms of Service violation." To make things worse, they told me I have to wait until Monday's business hours just to get an explanation, completely freezing the remaining data I paid for. They literally punished the victim instead of the attacker. When I demanded a refund for this horrible experience, they refused immediate action. Unprofessional support, zero security management, and terrible customer service. Avoid DataImpulse at all costs!

Hello Huseyin, We're sorry about the experience. When we receive such request, we place the account on a temporary security hold while we review the access logs - this is standard practice and protects both the customer and our network. Please reach out to [email protected], and we'll share the detailed log breakdown so you can see exactly what happened. After we go through it together, we'll rotate your credentials and lift the hold on your account. Best, DataImpulse Team

I purchased over 100 GB of data from DataImpulse, and my experience has been extremely disappointing and fraudulent. When I tracked my actual usage using a reliable tracker tool, I found massive discrepancies: I used 1.69 GB, yet DataImpulse deducted ~3.2 GB from my account. This is nearly double the actual usage. At scale, this would mean if I used 50 GB in a day, they would have deducted ~100 GB, effectively scamming customers out of money. This is not a one-time error—it is a clear pattern of overbilling and deceptive practices. For anyone planning to use high-volume data (100+ GB/day), this provider is completely untrustworthy and risky. I strongly advise avoiding DataImpulse entirely. Save yourself the money and frustration.
