I had an issue where my proxies suddenly stopped working on my home Wi-Fi, even though they worked fine on mobile data. The error message suggested a network issue, but it wasn’t obvious what was causing it. The DataImpulse support team was patient and responsive throughout the process. After some troubleshooting and research, they confirmed that my ISP was blocking hostname-based proxy gateways and suggested using an IP-based host instead. Once I switched to the IP hostname, everything worked perfectly. I really appreciated the clear explanations, fast responses, and the flexibility they offer with ports and connection types. Great service and reliable support — highly recommended.

On this site, 1GB doesn’t actually equal 1GB — it feels more like 100MB. They advertise 1GB for $1, but that doesn’t seem to be accurate. For example, if you purchase 5GB and only use around 200–400MB, the system shows usage that is 10–20 times higher than what you actually consumed. I personally used about 400MB through their proxy, but it showed that I had already used the full 5GB.

Everything runs as smooth and accurate without any interrupt.
