Great experience up until the point I submitted my order. Limited visibility to when it was going to ship and how long production would take.

Just a note, glasses typically take 7-10 working days to be made which is listed on our website and in emails (some have been taking 10-14 due to the pandemic). If you need more transparency, then you can always email us at [email protected] and we usually can get more info for you within a 1-2 hours.
