The ring wasn’t made to last
The ring wasn’t made to last. The fix was 473 dollars at any jewler we went to. We were refunded 80. You advertise a warranty but when the center stone fell off a barely used ring without being touched it was not replaced.

Hello Bryson, We understand your concern and appreciate your feedback. As outlined in our terms and conditions, physical damage is not covered under our warranty. In this case, one of the prongs holding the center diamond broke by physical damage, leading to the loss of the main stone. Typically, repairs for such damage would come with an additional charge, but we still provided an $80 refund as a goodwill gesture. Additionally, we offered you a brand-new ring at just 40% of the original price while allowing you to keep the old ring for resale—a rare service in the jewelry industry. Our goal is to uphold our commitment to quality, authenticity, and exceptional customer service. While no jeweler can repair physical damage for free, we strive to provide the best possible solutions to ensure your satisfaction. Please let us know how you'd like to proceed, and we’ll be happy to assist you further. 💍✨
