I would just like to leave a review to say that this app has been very useful to me and the people working over at the company have helped me over the phone and I am satisfied with everything.

The customer experience was GREAT. The reps I spoke with were very informative, patient, and willing to assist in any way.

Just Started. But ,the employee I spoke with him,he is helpful, patient, he was doing a great job.

I was debating whether I was gonna consolidate credit cards and only use my debit card. Trying to get debt free, wasn't gonna call. I said to myself what do you have to lose! Called, Kasey said it won't hurt to try! I'm glad I made that call. Now the positive energy I received from Kasey has me feeling so good about myself. I have a new found inspiration about my finances. Her passion for what she does is amazing. I just love her. Just met her tonight, She is such an excellent worker dedicated, very knowledgeable about the program and just to make you want to hug her. Excellent customer service skills. Kudos, 5 stars, you go KASEY!!!!$$$$$

It was a pleasure to speak to Moraima. She was patient and answered all my questions about the process of debt forgiveness. She was professional and knowledgeable about the best way to do it and also how to be able to maintain a savings account. She is very passionate about helping others to get out of the “ditch of credit card debt” She has given me hope that I will be successful upon following the guidelines. Thank you Moraima!

The experience was good. Nicole did a great job explaining the process. Now comes the hard part, dealing with the creditors.

Just started the program but my representative Richard was very helpful in trying to help find and decipher all my debt. He was very empathetic and used all his resources to help me. He explained every step to me.
