I started purchasing fragrances here a couple weeks ago. The quality and speed are good, but what really wowed me is the incredible quality of customer service. Drew who runs the site provides deep and thoughtful responses to inquiries, and has gone beyond what is expected to provide a great experience. The prices and selection are also better than other fragrance decanting services I've tried. Very highly recommend!

5/5 stars. There’s a good selection of both designer and niche offerings available on the website and they have 1ml spray vials, which isn’t common. All my decants came exactly as ordered, packaging was nice to look at and kept all the contents safe and secure, the vials are great quality. Atomizers have a nice size spray, none of mine have malfunctioned. Overall a very nice experience ordering fragrance samples. Edit: The issues I previously complained about regarding priority shipping were cleared up, and I can appreciate getting a response from the staff rather than an automated apology. I’ve revised my review to 5/5 stars and will definitely order through them again.

I very rarely write reviews, but I had to make an exception this time. I really recommend decanthouse to anyone looking to sample fragrances. My experience with them has been pretty great. This will be my go-to website for all my decants from now on.

Excellent customer service, product selection, and pricing. After purchasing from their website, and receiving the order without issue, I was very satisfied with their service. However, I had a technical problem with the website. I contacted support regarding the problem. Throughout, they communicated professionally and promptly. The issue was quickly resolved. I am extremely impressed with the way the situation was handled: up front and transparent, polite, overall amazing service.
