Essentially a scam company
Essentially a scam company. I purchased an order, part of the order was delivered, I tried to get a return and they refused because it was after 30 days from order delivery. It's wild that they'll hold a 30 day return policy when the full order wasn't even fulfilled. They take weeks to reply to customer support inquiries, and have provided an awful customer experience

Horrible place DO NOT BUY
Horrible place DO NOT BUY It’s been over 2 months still haven’t received my order Customer service is terrible no number to call there is live chat it asked you to put down you email show wait time 15 min but they get back to you by email around 8 days

Buyer beware
Terrible…almost 3 months from ordering and still have not gotten my pump!! Very sporadic contact with the company. Cannot speak to any one! Buyer beware!!

Everyone needs one !
We decided to place our order with Deep Dive Wellness because they had the best price at the time ( Xmas ) We ordered on Dec 22nd and received all parts n pieces by end of January . The chiller was the most expensive component and good quality it appears but it came separate from the tub ( XL is not necessary fyi - unless you do 2 people at a time ) and there where no fixings / pieces to connect the two so we had to figure out how to "plumb" the whole thing and that was not easy with all components beeing different in size . I would buy it from them again if they provided a complete setup . It took us a few days and several runs to ACE and HD to get the thing up and running . The tub is solid and is just too big for a 1 HP chiller . The time it takes to get the tub down to mid 40 range is a couple of days . The guy that took care of us through this excersise of acquiribg a cold plunge was really nice but communication was sporadic and several times we where unsure if we had got scammed . Either way ; the plunge is now up and running and worth every penny but would have loved a less stressfull customer experience and the plumbing parts and instructions .
