Fast shipping Very easy Great prices

I ordered two eyeglass frames (no lenses) and was informed from the outset that one frame was on back order but the other frame would be shipped in the normal time frame. Throughout the process of shipping and delivery, the communication was excellent (via email). The backordered pair of frames was monitored and I was kept up to date. As of this writing, I have received both frames (the backordered frames came ahead of the predicted delivery date.) Altogether a very positive experience with the customer service of this company. A rarity these days!
