Excellent customer service! Their communication was great, and they were incredibly quick and efficient in responding to me. Exceeding expectations!
This was a personally interesting experience for me because at first I was going on a trip with my own individual booking, but then a friend decided to come along at the last minute! So there were some hurdles to jump over and Destify crew was most helpful and I just like to single out Jessaliefor help making the room reservation especially the airport Transfers, come together with my guest at all at the last minute! Sometimes traveling, especially international can be a bit stressful but everything seems to be in place now! And I most grateful!
