While trying to install Microsoft Office I ran into some issues that were preventing the install. When I communicated this with DigitalKeysBox support, they provided additional information and web site links that helped me complete the installation. Their responses were timely and accurate.

Made several purchases in the past; no problem. This time with a Win 10 Pro install on a Win 7 PC, I had my hands full. Thanks to DigitalKey's excellent EZ support! Had overlooked the basics! The Win 7 PC did not have the Service Pack installed. Felt like an idiot. Using the support advice, the Win 10 install worked like a charm! Thank you for quality products!

I ordered MS Office. Delivery was immediate after payment went through. The provided activation key worked without problems after deinstalling the old Office app and installing the new. I hope it will still work in case I have to reinstall Windows
