They were great when I first purchased the software, but when my computer crashed and I had to start from scratch they came through. They helped me get my software again. I will be always going to them first for software.

This review is long overdue but due to our systems upgrade, I was unable to write this review on time. The Company support was wonderful from the start to the finish, I was guided throughout the process of installing Microsoft office 2021. We actually bought 3 Microsoft office 2021 and the keys arrived within a few minutes after payment was made. I choose this company because of the reviews that I read about them and I wasn't disappointed with the services that I got.

Selecting the product I needed, paying for it and the delivery all fell into place. They thought through the process and made it logical. Using Paypal for payment was a good decision. This is not my first purchase here. Came back for more.

Milana knew her product and she did an excellent job of keeping a customer satisfied. Knowledge of software products was excellent.

The best price, fast purchase, adequate support

I needed clarification that the MS Office download would only work for the last three mac OS versions. I was able to get around it by going to learn.microsoft.com?en-us?officeupdates?update-history-office-for-mac (replace? by /) and downloading version 16.62 The instructions also didn't work. Going to redeem.microsoft.com and plugging the license key resulted in a complaint that I couldn't put in the key until I was logged in. But I was logged in. I found another way. And when I got there, the license was accepted.

Always worked well for me! Thank you
