Leslie Anna Connally was very helpful. She listened carefully to my request, was competent assembling the data I requested into an easy to understand attachment. She even added sub-categories that were parsed nicely for my data analysis without me having to request. Great asset on the Digital Choice team

Ms. Hugentobler was the last representative I contacted in a three-part "saga" involving a simple transfer of funds in the custody of Digital Trust to my account. What can I say? We live in the Administrative State, public and private. Implications: (1) NOTHING happens based on verbal representations; (2) one can NEVER supply too much documentation, of course in written form; and (3) while an exclusively digital interface may be efficient for DigitalTrust--and, perhaps, a regulatory necessity--for users of certain age, it is niether "intuitive" nor "user-friendly".
