Excellent service!! Cindy was very helpful...

Ariana was really terrific! She waited in the live chat with me while she checked on a product and gave me her full attention for about an hour. I cannot say that I have ever experienced such excellent service! I will definitely order from here again, and I can see why Google has rated you so highly on customer service! Ariana deserves a raise!

They never delivered the furniture and are trying to charge a 30% restocking fee. Waited over 10 months for them to try to deliver a partial shipment of damaged furniture! Never buy from them!

Rio helped me place an order via the chat window and was very helpful with securing exactly what I wanted. Communication was good and response time was great!

Above & beyond! Sharon is a total rockstar. After waiting 8 months, and then getting notified of another 6 month delay with another retailer, we went on the hunt to find ANYONE who had what we were looking for in stock. Sharon called me up just a few hours after I chatted with the support bot to let me know that they had the item we were looking for actually in stock, and set up everything for us. Crossing all my fingers and toes that shipping goes as smoothly. Thank you Sharon!

John is excellent! Very responsive, quick and extremely helpful in getting our furniture!

We had a great experience with Greg. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Went above and beyond to explain everything to us. Thanks for all your help.

I had a great experience with RIA. She found the correct size bed for me and all the pieces to the entire bedroom set that I needed. It was very easy and she also got me a pretty good discount too!!!
