DiningroomsoutletReviews of diningroomsoutlet.com

I had the pleasure of working with Vicki. She was extremely helpful in assisting and placing my order. She was very responsive and followup since it took us a couple of days to make a decision. I will always come back to Dining Rooms Outlet and will definitely ask for Vicki. Your first contact with a company is very critical for a customer and Vicki made your company proud.

After a not totally satisfying experience at a local discount furniture store, decided to look online for alternatives. Came up with Diningroomsoutlet and, after duplicating our previous in-person search, decided to call and discuss further details. Were lucky to hook up with Xavier who was extremely helpful and we placed the order with him. Would recommend Xavier to anyone looking for furniture.

John was very helpful and responsive. The overall experience in purchasing my new dining table was great!

if you looking for furniture you need to ask for sales associate Pam , very easy to work with and very helpful. i will come back and buy more furniture from her

Really loved the service. Salesman (Walter) was very nice and walkthrough the details thoroughly.

Andrian was very helpful, courteous and explain everything in detail. He's an awesome salesperson.

Horrible experience! Waited months for order to arrive and was billed almost immediately for merchandise.

This review is for Pam and for good customer service in helping me through an order. I’m very excited to receive much needed new dining room chairs. I can only give a 4 until order is received. Hope ordering online was a smart move and not a mistake. I used PayPal to process secure payment.
