Just worked with Kate, very easy process. Although she stated she was extrememly busy with other "chatters" we managed to keep up with the ordering process quite well. Ordered a dining set this past weekend and had great customer service from Walter so far. Hopefully delivery goes well but the ordering process was easy and he was very helpful! UPDATE: When I ordered I was told I would be getting updates as to the status of my order before it shipped. I got one update one week after I ordered saying that my order would ship the first week of October. That week came and went - no update until I emailed them asking. Have not heard at all from the actual person I ordered from, Walter, since I ordered even though I reached out to him personally. They told me that my order would ship this week. It is now middle of the week in which it was supposed to ship and no update from them until I reached out again. Another vague response from Alvin saying that it would ship "later this week". So far, I was impressed with customer service during the ordering process.....NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED. Also, the lead time on my order said 4 weeks and it has now been over 4 weeks and my order has not even shipped from their warehouse. Would not order from them again.

This associate is all about customer service, I have worked in retail for over forty years myself . Kate got the customer service skills down to a pack.

The place order button was lagging so I clicked on the chat now button. I texted back and forth with Ariana who was extremely helpful, advised me that traffic was heavy on the site and not to worry, explained the deliver offerings, explained the protection plan, and waited until the order was confirmed on her end and an email in my inbox. Pleasant experience when most customer service scenarios are the worst.
