Sydney was awesome! She was patient and offered great customer support and service! Looking forward to the arrival of the furniture.

Great job of providing information and follow up during sales. Hope to see the same effort used until the furniture is delivered and installed.

Sydney was able to help me and get order placed with no issues.

Sean was very helpful and responsive.

Walter was very helpful!

Kate guided me well through my purchase order She answered all my questions promptly

I have not received the bed yet. As the bed we ordered has 6 weeks lead time. But I can address customer service. Walter, our salesrep, went far beyond the call of duty. Very please with his performance and hope we feel the same way when we get the bed

Hello, Kudos to Walter T and another lady (Kate maybe?) who helped complete a purchase for me late on a Sunday by chat, text, email, and phone. Both were professional, extra helpful, and patient as I was also on the road (not driving). I had a great experience and they provided outstanding pricing.
