Well the holsters were great I really love them, then the issue order a 60" tactial belt received a 48" belt after going back and forth and picture they explained they were out of the color I requested, so I agreed to another color in a 60" belt, guess what received the new belt today and it was 48" again. No complaints with the company but the really need to get qualified help in the warehouse that can read the differences between 48" and 60". Will be sending pics and a text right off.

After a number of tries with product, we finally arrived at an acceptable carry bag. However, I discovered that the sling was attached to the wrong side for a left-handed person. It was different from my black bag set up for a lefty. I am carrying my green bag, but it is a little awkward nevertheless. Good people!

The first holster I purchased would not accept my mag. The company offered to exchange it for another holster. I accepted the offer and they said I did not have to return the first purchase.

This company is at the top of their game! I had a fit problem and they went out of their way to fix it. Who does that these days we are living in. Dinosaurized does !!! Great bunch of people who care ! 5 STARS Super fast delivery too!!

I ordered CC iwb Fujobi holster upon receivingit I tried it and I found it to be not what I wanted (I have issues with balance and walking ect! ) sent email wanting to return it as I want to explore a crossbody bag in its place. they responded to the first email but I have not heard from them since they wanted to take some off my purchase and send me a free gift. I only want a return slip, send it back and pursue my other options.

Worst customer service experience ever. Placed an order for 2 holsters. Was charged for 2. Weeks later 1 came very poor quality. Reached out to enquire as to why only 1 shipped was told on 2 separate occasions 1 was shipped. Why would you ship 2 holsters that were order at the same time weeks apart. Now no reply just being ignored. In summary, paid the price of 2 holsters received 1 of poor quality. Would not recommend anyone doing business with this company.

The shoulder bags are great and definitely work above what is expected.
