Part was 1/4 longer in the furnace and…
Part was 1/4 longer in the furnace and is rubbing on the furnace door. Otherwise the inducer blower runs good.

the part fit ok would of liked a email…
the part fit ok would of liked a email when it would be delivered not knowing seems like it took alittle bit to come but over all happy with the part

Customer service
Extremely poor customer service. No response from email, no response from calls. I emailed twice with no response. Edit: i was reached out after this review. I appreciate the response to my concern.
