Had issues and sent my hearing aids back for repair. Fixed in one week. Excellent company and original cost is several thousand less than buying local.

The prices are good, sales person good but i feel misled. He over-promised to get the sale, then didn't follow through getting back to me on issues important to me. He sold me specifically by telling me there are affiliate hearing centers in Bangkok Thailand that can help me with: Free Programming & Set up 3 Year Warranty 3 Year Loss & Damage Insurance (one claim per serialized hearing aid w/ $495 deductible per hearing aid) Lifetime Supply Of Domes & Wax Filters Lifetime Hearing Aid Service, Tuneups and Adjustments Charger Included After the sale radio silence. I emailed him a few times, no response. I'm hoping the 45-Day Money Back Guarantee was not a lie too because I am seriously considering that option

Our hearing aids are not locked, the manufacturer warranty is valid internationally, and all programming and ongoing service is provided through remote care. We do not have affiliated service centers in Bangkok, and there was no discussion or request regarding setting up care with a local provider there. If there was any misunderstanding, we sincerely apologize. After your devices were delivered, we personally called on February 3rd and February 4th and left voicemails to schedule your first fitting appointment. We did not hear back until February 10th. There was no intention of not following up. Your 45-Day Money Back Guarantee is absolutely valid, and we will honor it if that’s the direction you choose. That said, we would truly appreciate the opportunity to connect and clear up any confusion so you can feel confident in your decision. Please reach out directly — we’re here to help.

They took my money but also took almost a whole month to send my order.

Hi Deborah you ordered a accessory that is not commonly stocked. You placed your order on the 14th and it was shipped out on the 26th and received by you on the 30th. It was not a whole a month to receive your order. Sorry the shipping timelines did not match your expectations

Very important to speak with a hearing specialist, which i did. Easy to set up appointment for initial consultation. Prices are reasonable. Simple ordering process. Website is informative. Good product selection. Overall great experience.
