I was very nervous about buying hearing aids on line but it all went well. They answered all my questions. I was able to buy better hearing aids and still saved a considerable amount of money. The follow up to adjust my hearing aids went great.

I purchased a Widex accessory on the phone. The email I received showed the wrong item so I called immediately. Second email showed the correct item but they shipped me something else entirely (not even the first wrong item). Called again and they emailed me a return label for the item I needed to send back and gave me a discount for the accessory I needed. They even expedited the shipping. This time I received the correct thing. My guess (emphasis on guess) is that they know a lot about hearing aids but not so much about accessories, at least the Widex ones. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and understanding.

Don’t work. Will not charge

In many cases it may be the charger connection, the cable, or simple contact cleaning — but if something isn’t working properly, we’ll take care of it. We’re here to help and will make this right.
