It’s a bit confusing
It’s a bit confusing. I would rather have like a case manager informing me on what i have to do next. I feel like you just want my money and that’s it. No Customer Service or support i guess.

Super easy to fill out the forms.
Super easy to fill out the forms and the online chat allows me to change things I'm not able to do.

The process made easy.
After reading about filing for divorce and quickly becoming overwhelmed; I was relieved to find a website that has very easy to follow instructions. The questions are written in such a way that I could clearly understand. I was so relieved that the my answers were plugged into the proper forms for me because I had no idea which ones to use. I really appreciate the assistance with filing the forms with the county court house and also with serving the divorce papers to my spouse. Two things that I wasn't looking forward to doing myself. The quick response to my questions gave me more confidence in the support staff and a sense of reassurance that I was not on my own. Thank you for all your help so far. I feel ready for the next steps now.

Simple error can be simply done instead…
Simple error can be simply done instead of waiting for me to correct. I gave permission to change and move forward I've paid $700 which isn't small by any means. System won't let me make corrections so there goes days wasting when it could've been done quicker ,now 2 months going by.still not before the judge.
