DDC was fast and friendly.

Easy process and quick!!

The whole process was easy and customer service is great. My only disappointment isn’t with the service I received but was hoping to see a graphic display of the markers. Reading the alphanumeric markers is not easy to understand but was able to make it out. If there is a process to get the markers in a graphic representation of the markers showing the shared markers, I’d liked that.

I received a text offering me a $600 discount from the first person I spoke with. We had already paid as My son Called back a few days later to set up testing and did it with person that answered call. I asked for an explanation stating that wasn’t a good business model. I was supposed to get a call back but never did . there are also could’ve been a better explanation that the father only gets a swab while the mother has a blood test, before the testing was done. The man I spoke to when I called for a verification if expedited results was excellent

DDC made this difficult situation as easy as possible for me. Very thorough and accommodating. Always answered emails and calls in a timely manner. Manager Marc Brown was wonderful and very kind- took the extra time to answer all my questions and make me feel at ease. Would recommend DDC to anyone looking for peace of mind during their pregnancy.

They were quick and effective

The company needed the race of one of the people being tested and instead of calling and informing they just didn’t send the results if I would have never called they would have just held our results. I do not recommend if you are on a timeline to get the results.
