Hi, Nicole. This week we started sending out review requests to customers for the first time in years. This is why we have so many new reviews this week. And we'll continue to send review requests regularly going forward. The only reviews we report are those where the reviewer refuses to provide proof of their claims or speak to us privately. We will also sometimes report reviews that are simply commentary and aren't actual review. Keep in mind some negative reviews are planted by competitors and are illegitimate.This is a reviews site and not a forum for discussion. Keep in mind that Truspilot is an independent company and it's ultimately up to them, not us, to decide what to do with a review. DDC has had an excellent reputation for over 25 years and so we follow up on every claim. You don't have this kind of longevity as a lab by producing incorrect results, and we stand behind every test 100% Visitors to Trustpilot are entitled to see honest reviews and not always be subjected to unsubstantiated claims and accusations. If you take the time to scroll through, you'll see there are many unfavorable reviews that we reply to. These customers are real, they have concerns, and we work to address them both publicly on Trustpilot and privately with the customers via personal contact. As for Natera, it's a very large company and you may be speaking to a different division than the one we work closely with.
