Not the best Got a referral and had to email them 1 month later for them to send it which they eventually did.

Stay away! I had an infection that was very bad-the doctor seemed nice, but good luck getting a prescription. I waited 24 hours, my pharmacist hadn’t even got it yet . My infection was getting worse and I was in pain, my pharmacist tried to contact them, I tried to contact them to no avail. They just told me that I would have to wait in queue for my prescription. I asked him when it will be filled and they said maybe tomorrow. I have have an infection and I’m in pain and they’re gonna give it to me maybe in 48 hours? They had no interest at all in dealing with a patient. They could care less about patients, go somewhere else.

Needed advice immediately but couldn’t see my GP til January 2023. Logged on and spoke to someone immediately, he was really helpful- sent thru a script and a pathology request straight away. Obviously, seeing your regular GP in person is preference but given what I needed, more urgently and didn’t want to go to hospital, this was exactly what I needed! I will use the service if I’m in need again.

Impossible to get a refill. Twice cancelled on last minute. Not even 24 hr notice. Another call was dropped and no way to connect back. Error message since the no showed appointment. Now I am out of my mental health medication. This app is a complete joke.

Do not waste your time. Dr told me what I already knew and proceeded to rush out of visit to get to the next patient to probably do the same thing to. Felt as if they see how fast they can collect and on to the next and do nothing to actually assist

Have been dealing with severe insomnia for over 6 months doctor on demand was my last hope since I cannot find a primary doctor. Called and told the doctor everything and told her I just relocated and to see a doctor can take weeks or months. She basically turned me a way and said you need to find a doctor in your area, I will find one but I guess for now I guess I won't be getting any relief from insomnia until next year sometime. Wasted $75 talking to this quack, thanks for nothing. I just hope I don't go into deep depression from this insomnia because God knows what will happen.

Every single time I've needed a prescription refill, there have been weeks long delays in getting the prescription through to my pharmacy. You can't even talk to the doctor about the refill directly. You have to talk to their customer service or pay for a new visit. Horrible experience. Stay away.
