Horrible doctor! She was very rude and did not seem like she wanted to be doing the appointment. I would stay clear of doctor on demand. There are many other options out there. A doctor should not be this rude to a patient.

I am having a Covid with heavy fever. As it’s a weekend, my gp wan’t available so i booked the appointment with dr on demand and i spoke with Dr govindan Haridas. She was extremely rude and didn’t stay on the line for a min and she didn’t provide me any antibiotics. When that patient are not feeling well, you need to be polite with them rather than being aggressive and rude.

I was going to give DOD a try regarding a fairly simple issue, but after reading SO many scathing reviews, I changed my mind. Have never seen reviews like this for ANYTHING!! HORRIBLE!!!

I have a sinus infection. It’s recurrent. I need antibiotics. I’m a bipolar 1 and I cannot take much over the counter. Stimulants trigger mania and anxiety and depressants cannot be taken on top of my antipsychotics and anti anxiety. That’s all she recommends and I told her I cannot take those meds, she seemed to honestly not care. I should have went to a real doctor that’s educated about this. I wasted 35 dollars for 4 minutes, that I didn’t have to waste and now cannot afford to see another doctor.

Doctor did not turn up to the appointment but they still charged $90. It's a scam! Don't do it.

Its a scam. You video chat with someone, they recommend you go see someone local but refuse to provide a referral.

Needed to refill some foot cream, thought this would be an easy way to do it. Told the doctor what I needed and showed her the tube. I explained that over the counter products didn’t work. She smiled, agreed, then later sent a prescription for an OTC foot cream. Such a joke.
