I have ordered from Dot & Bo three times and have been really happy with the quality of the goods, the speed and the customer service. And the prices can't be beat.

The curtain panels I received are of good quality and I would have kept them had they been remotely close to the navy blue I ordered. However, they were a strange light teal blue. I had no need for that color and when I inquired about the return, found out it would cost me $10 to return and the original shipping fee to send them back. That’s close to $20 for an order of $38. Deceptive color samples and double return fees will cause me to never order from them again.
