The process of sending my drone in for repair and the communication with Drone Nerds has been just what I was looking for. Although the part for my repair was out of stock at the time of repair I was provided updates with every step along the way. Thank you for being so communicative and helpful!

In addition to honesty, something I truly value is communication. The team at Drone Nerds effectively kept me in the loop throughout the process. I had a really good experience with this company, but unfortunately I decided not to go through with them. I communicated with Drew Walker for around 4 months regarding a DJI O4 Air Unit Pro. He was completely transparent along the way and he helped me out with every question I had. I ended up pulling out of my reservation because I found a better deal on a prebuilt drone that would be less work for me, and he saw my refund out in a VERY timely manner. If I ever need help again, I’ll definitely be going with DroneNerds.

Was really nervous sending the drone to an organization I knew nothing about. Worked out fantastic! Good communications and repair was quick - and more than fair!

I took my drone to Drone Nerds because one of the legs was broken. Honestly thought it would take at least a week, but they surprised me. Dropped it off on Wednesday — they did the diagnostics the next day and fixed it the day after. Super fast. Jose was the technician who worked on it — really appreciate his work. They didn’t just repair the leg, they also calibrated everything and tested it before giving it back. Got my drone back working perfectly, like nothing ever happened. Really smooth experience, no stress at all. Would definitely go back if I ever need anything again.
