Mostly terrific. I had one drop fall through but it wasn't a huge deal. Ship times are unpredictable but that's sorta the nature of the whole group buy thing.

Drop is a fun place to find interesting items. Although they've moved away from the original group-buy model, deals can still be had.

Like the quality, selection, pricing, and delivery. Could do a better job with descriptions and photo aspects, i.e. Watch bracelets as well as front and back shots, knife perspectives showing them from all angles; not just side views.

Great place to discover new audiophile and EDC items. Great prices on collaborations. Would love to see more aggressive discounts on items that are not collaborations.

Drop is very easy to do business with. Good customer service, good pricing. My only real issue is with shipping times, so just dont buy expecting to get an in stock item quickly. Expect about ten days.
