Purchased your gray rescind product, used 6 out of 8 bottles no results, very disappointed.

Good company & offerings but poor communication
I've ordered from DR Vitamin Solutions a few times, and each time I never receive any sort of email confirmation of my order or shipment, etc. I appreciate the good prices and item availability of some more obscure supplements, so if they could improve communication, that would make all the difference.

We're sorry to hear you haven't been getting our emails! We just tested everything and our system is sending emails properly, it's possible your order confirmation and shipment emails were flagged as spam or junk by your email provider. We abide by all email guidelines but still some providers will mark our order status emails as spam. If you do not receive your order emails you can contact us and we'll be happy to give you the information, and/or resend the emails for you. You can also log into your account at any time to see the status of your order. Communication is important to us as well, which is why we greatly encourage our customers to contact us anytime there is a problem, and we will do everything we can to fix it! this time different
This time it took longer for my product to come and my box was smashed. Also I did not receive an email confirming my order. This is my third time ordering from Dr. Vitamins. The two other times were flawless and this time was different.

We're sorry this order didn't go as well as your previous ones. It's rare for someone to not get their email confirmation, either the email got sent to one of your spam folders or the system never sent it. Either way you can always contact us and we'll resend any emails, give you your confirmation and tracking numbers, or anything else you need. As for the state of the package and the time it took to get to you, unfortunately all of our careful packaging cannot protect every package and the USPS is beyond our control. Most packages take between 3-5 days, and yours did get to you in 4 so while that is longer than before it is still in the expected delivery window. Any time a package is damaged or not delivered, just let us know via phone or email and we will do everything we can to help you get your package quickly and in pristine condition.

Took forever to arrive.
It took probably around two weeks to come for a simple small box of vitamins.

We're sorry you felt your order took too long to get to you, unfortunately your order was placed on Friday after our cut off time and we weren't able to send it out to you until after the weekend. Your tracking information shows it was delivered on Saturday, so it only took one day more than a full week. This is the longest orders usually take and we're sorry your order did not make it to you sooner, we cannot control how long it takes USPS to deliver.

Good products. Disappointed shipping experience.
Good products; not great shipping experience. Hence the review. Hopefully the next time around will be better.

I waited atleast six days to receive my supplement.
The downside to this company was a long wait to receive my order. In addition, they never sent me an email when my order was shipped or any tracking info despite my paying for shipping. I never even got a bill except the charge to my credit card. This was the worst experience I ever had in receiving my order and a very inappropriate way to do business. All the other companies I order from are far superior and many give free shipping.

We're sorry to hear you had an unpleasant experience with our service. We do send out automated emails, one to confirm the order with the bill information and a second when the order is shipped. Either your emails were lost in your spam folder or we must have gotten your email address wrong, which we apologize for greatly. Especially for cases such as this we do have a phone line and are available via email, over the phone we could verify the email address and provide tracking information. Because the products you ordered are shipped directly from the manufacturer, tracking information can only be provided by request and the shipping does occasionally take an extra day or two compared to the products we can ship directly from our location. With your order you did receive our free, 3-5 day USPS shipping which comes with any US order placed that is over $49. We offer faster shipping methods, those are the paid methods. Orders usually are delivered between 3-5 business days of the order date, but delays do happen with the postal service that are unfortunately out of our control. If an order seems to be taking longer than it should, we encourage customers to contact us and we will do our best to track down the package. Again we apologize for your trouble, this is an uncommon occurrence and we are dedicated to serving our customers as best we can, we’ve added $10.00 in reward points to your account, for a total of $11.64, which will be applied as a discount to any future order without the need of a coupon code.
