I had a jelly filled sugar coated donut witch I have 3 times a week. Usually good to have but this occasion not so. I bit in to the donut to find a work glove that the employees wear stuffed into the center of the jelly filled donut. I have yet to figure how to go about confronting headquarters on it yet. I thinking email with picture of this disgusting glove and with the covid. 19 around not very pleased with this at all. If a child would have or me bit off the glove in a small piece and swallowed or attempted to could have hurt someone seriously. Be ware of the food there.

Why is it every time you go to a Dunkin the frozen coffee is different and when you do find a store and get a good drink the next time you go back it's yet again different? I have gone to many different Dunkin's and have come to the realization that the employees need to be retrained on how to make a frozen coffee!! The Dunkin on may way home from work at 6pm you can not get a latte or frozen coffee because their machine is down they do not close til 7pm the second time I went there and they said the machine was down and it's 6pm I asked them if they always take the machine down by 6pm and they said "YES" wow lol.

Drinks and food are not the problem. It is the new cardboard cups that leaks everywhere. McDonald's cups are better stronger and lid fits properly. Please change the cups or change lids to fit better. Thanks

I have been a long time customer. I have enjoyed a variety of items on the menu. The coffee has always been my favorite. Until recently, the store in Brockton at the East Ashland location had, what I consider to be the best in the country. But for some reason they changed the process of how the coffee is brewed, or they changed the beans, whichever, they changed the best coffee in the world, to the WORST COFFEE IN THE WORLD! Can I have my old coffee back please? I will no longer be a custom until that happens.

I would rate Dunkin Donuts in Brooksville, FL 34602 as no stars. I have been their 3 different same location to get 1 thing to be told they don't have any. I only order 25 munchkins all glazed to hear they dont any. When I said I been told that every time I come on 3 different occasions months apart from each time the cashier said I dont do the ordering . She didn't apologize or anything. I will never go back to this location ever again.

I i just came from the hanover location. Lady at window has a very bad anxiety and focus problem. She was so busy talking to other women she dropped my 10.00 bill. She says sorry but did not retrieve for me nor did store owners or employees. I will never go back there again.

On a recent trip to New Bedford, MA, the store was unable to fill two items in my mobile order but said they didn’t know how to refund the $6 I had paid. A request submitted to DD corporate was never answered.

PLEASE GET RID OF THESE CARDBOARD CUPS !!!!! They leak TERRIBLY causing myself to burn myself numerous times and destroy things in my car from coffee spilling all over ! These lids do not fit these cardboard cups properly and there needs to be a solution !!
