The iem custom tips are a perfect fit to my ear. Great quality. Feels like they’ll last Downside is with my larger Theiaudio Monarch IV the custom tips makes the overall depth when inserted stick out of my ear more than I hoped. Fit is terrific. Order and shipping time was long. Almost 2 months from sending my ear impressions to receiving the tips.

I really like the fit and the sound is great now the only thing I don’t like is sometimes it’s hard to get them in and out without the AirPod coming off of the ear thing

Thank you for the feedback Scott, If haven't already, please try inserting the custom tips first in your ears, then installing the AirPods Pro onto the custom tips. The mounting buckles can remain on the AirPods pro at all times to ease the process. We hope this helps! Best regards, Eartune

I ordered a set of custom ear tips for my AirPod Pro 3 earbuds. I sent in custom molds of my ears from the audiologist. They produced the tips and shipped them to me, and they fit well, and work perfectly. My one quibble is that it would have been nice to have some order updates in between: “We got your order” and: “We shipped your order”

The Airpod inserts work really well. Getting the fitting was a little inconvenient; I had to wait over a week for an appointment then drive about 35 miles to their office in Santa Cruz. It would be nice if they had a list of audiologists in other places who can do the impressions, instead of just saying "find a local audiologist". It would also be nice if the inserts came with some basic instructions.

As a return customer i expected quicker service but otherwise the product is great fits my ear and IEM perfectly and provides great isolation and wonderful sound. Great job to the team.

With the mold they were given they did excellent. Now i have to go back and get the right ear mold better. Will definitely buy another det from them.

the custom ear tips are excellent. They fit perfectly and make the sound quality of my earbuds better than I thought possible. The only reason I can't give them 5 stars... the tips, for whatever reason, make the tap functions of the earbuds almost unusable. This has nothing to do with the tips themselves but it is an effect they have on the technology in the earbud. For me the benefits outweigh the drawbacks. given what I know now, I would still order Eartunes.

Unfortunately these did not fit my ear canal. The ones I ordered were the largest ones they have available but they still didn’t seal my ears. I was hopeful they would have fit. So far I’ve been unsuccessful finding after market AirPod pro replacement tips that work.

Hello Christopher, Sorry to hear about your experience. If you haven't tried already, please squeeze the memory foam tips first before inserting them into your ears and allow them to fully expand to the shape of your ears.
