High prices for not so great work.
I get mixed information from front office staff regarding cost and frequency of crawl space inspection as part of the maintenance program. I requested a relatively slim person to come for this inspection as crawl space entrance is very small, and a not slim person was sent out. I was afraid this person would have cardiac arrest with the amount of perspiration and effort while crawling in and out of the space. In general, prices charged for services are very high for the quality of work, communication, and follow through of projects. Initial inspector was not thorough, leaving me to complete the inspection myself and work through things in trial and error fashion.
