ECPROF did an amazing job sorting out an availability problem with my order by aggressively finding a new source and keeping me completely informed along the way. Worthy of a specific mention is my Business Development Specialist, Irtaza H., who provided one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had while solving the availability issue in a very reasonable amount of time. Irtaza's communications were professional and completely honest which made me 100% confident that ECPROF would get the product to me. 1st order was quoted 5-6 week delivery and delivered right on time. 2nd order was delivered earlier then quoted, great service.

I didnt receive anything close to what i ordered. I ordered a 29 x 70 inch table top. I got a small box. I didnt even bother opening it. However i reached out to them and they were able to refund my money.
