Ecprof.usReviews of ecprof.us

good service timely delivery.

First-time buyer, so I had my reservations about how reliable Ecprof.us could be. Especailly since I was ordering a hard-to-find product. Would Ecprof.us come through? In fact, yes they did and the company I work for got what it needed. Many thanks go to the patient, well-informed customer service reps, like IIrtaza H., who couldn't have been nicer and more supportive. She is truly a class above other sales reps. Thanks to her, I will put Ecprof.us at the top of my list when I need to buy more IT products. Thanks all very much.

ECPROF did an amazing job sorting out an availability problem with my order by aggressively finding a new source and keeping me completely informed along the way. Worthy of a specific mention is my Business Development Specialist, Irtaza H., who provided one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had while solving the availability issue in a very reasonable amount of time. Irtaza's communications were professional and completely honest which made me 100% confident that ECPROF would get the product to me. I would definitely do business with ECPROF in the future, and I recommend them without hesitation.

Completely happy with purchase experience.

Came quickly

1st order was quoted 5-6 week delivery and delivered right on time. 2nd order was delivered earlier then quoted, great service.

Great responsiveness! I got what I ordered in record time.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff that helped me find the product I needed, verified they had the amount I required in stock, and shipped it out quickly.
