Two stars cause they did one part…
Two stars cause they did one part correct. They take your money let you file one part of your import, then when you need to finish the process they can’t. Had to find another broker who would have done everything in an easier way in the first place.

Credit payment and ACH doesn't work
Credit payment and ACH doesn't work. Only Paypal works. Please fix payment gateway.

Great at brokerage not good with communications
They are really great at doing the brokerage process and submitting invoices, as well as suggesting the appropriate tariff codes for the import. However, when it comes to informing you as the customer of changes, problems or additional information requests by CBP, things fall through the cracks. I had to investigate an issue myself and solve it. My broker did not communicate to me that CBP was requesting additional details on my import. I found this myself when I noticed it was taking too long to be released.
