Very good and fast support when I had to change my eFax number. It was over and done within five minutes and everything works well.

I had a poor experience From your service over charging me for a fax transmission that escalated to a two hour process and fee out of my control. Dee was wonderful in understanding the issue and rectifying it. I even offered not to have a full refund to the first person so as to pay a small portion for the 2-3 small faxes during the trial period and was ignored and basically said not going to happen. Again, Dee was quick, precise and caring about this whole issue and gave back more than asked and I will update my app review as well. I just hope others don’t have to experience this same service I did initially.

The service worked as expected and their phone app is well designed, seems like a good choice for startups in need of a modern and capable landline, all conveniently managed from your smartphone. Also, their customer service (Carmen) was kind and diligent in answering all my questions and acting upon them

I only needed to send one fax so signed up to this service and forgot that I'd need to cancel before a month was up to have the free trial, The single fax had gone through OK. I then got notification that I had the first bill to pay. I phoned to cancel my account and it was dealt with politely and swiftly, obviously I still had to pay! Sending a fax is something I've only needed to do once in over ten years so it isn't worth continuing. Usually e-mails will suffice.

The eFax system works very well. I've been using the free incoming feature for about five years. I had a question about use of the outgoing feature and the eFax customer support, Andres, was most helpful in helping to resolve my questions. He has really great knowledge of how the system works and made it really easy to use the feature that I needed. Thanks, Andy!

It worked just as advertised. Got to sign up one month for free, and my account was deleted after that, I didn't have to pay anything. Very friendly customer service too, easy to get hold of via Twitter.
