Impossibile disdire dopo i 30gg. gratuiti. Inviato diverse email con la volontà di disdire richiedendo di non addebitare importi. In risposta consigliavano di contattare telefonicamente. Gli operatori rispondono in inglese e finalmente oggi ho potuto parlare in italiano, esprimendo tutto il mio disappunto . L'operatrice ha detto: bisogna inviare una mail con la volontà di disdire:fatto, chiudono account se non trovano fondi:fatto, bisogna telefonare:fatto. Tanti pretesti alla fine hanno trovato i fondi perché ci provano ad addebitare di continuo, e si sono accreditati Euro 73,20 per un servizio mai utilizzato. Pessima pubblicità

Zunächst war eine aufwendige Identifikation durchzufürhen, die weder in der Werbung noch in der Produktbeschreibung so angekündigt wurde. Dadurch konnte erst nach fast einer Woche das erstemal das Fax genutzt werden. Daher kündigte ich sofort mit Email. E-Fax antortet mit einer Emmail, dass die Kündigung telefonisch bestätigt werden müsste. Das war aber nicht möglich, da beim Kundentelefon niemand erreichbar ist. Da ich selbst Anwältin bin, werde ich diese Praxis gerichtlich überprüfen lassen. Meiner Meinung widerspricht dies den Verbraucherschutzregelungen und dürfte somit für sämtliche Kunden zu einem Rückgewähranspruch von zu viel entrichteten Kosten führen.

This is a WONDERFUL app! It REALLY takes the guessing out of faxing for me, and as a result I now have been able to get ALOT more done in half the time! THANK YOU eFax!
