I have yet to receive my product. Not a happy customer!

I absolutely Love having Mac Excel for my home use because this is what I know. Trying to convert all my existing files over to sheets was just not an option for me and …. Now that this product is installed it’s Great!!! I only gave 3 stars because I would Never have completed installing by myself. I think my issue was related to already having Mac Excel when my computer crashed. I bought a new computer and everything loaded perfectly except my Excel program. All my files transferred over but I could open to view only. There was a lot of work behind the scenes needed to clear out the old Excel program that kept saying “expired” ….. I’m grateful to have had a person to help me. We spent quite a lot of time live chatting with Microsoft …… i think I would have just lost my money had I not had help. Having said all that I’m truly grateful to have my excel back

Ordered an add on to Office 365 , Outlook". My purpose ws to swith from AOL to outlook for my email. Had difficulty trying to load the software. Support was immediate...However AOL is not compatable with outlook...unfortunalty I did not find that out until I usd the Key.. Other wise I would return the software. Resonable price and good follow up

You advertised Microsoft Word (standalone) software and when I downloaded the product It was Microsoft Office and that is not what I needed even though you may think that was a better deal for me. If you can remedy this I would be grateful. Thank you, Richard

Purchased MS Publisher, got sent MS Office Pro. Had MS365 on my rig, had to delete it and then install MS Office. Ran into errors, Tech support was very helpful, but the publisher never could open previous publications, after 2 or 3 attempts, Ek referred me to MicroSoft helpdesk, they reinsalled MS 365 and solved the issue . EK's Support team is helpfull, professional and did their best would purchase from them again if the need arises
