I have contacted the staff SEVERAL times for issues I was having. It was NOT a problem with the product. They are all incredibly kind and helpful. Joe said "we're here to help and want want you to succeed". I believe them, they help me ever single time. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Simple and easy integration, good customer service

I got an email from Processing Network (Support), but I cannot log in. This has become NOT worth the effort to use. It was my fault, as I didn't realize that the username needed to be my account number on sign-in. Sorry for the inconvenience. All good now, as Adrian was very helpful - THANKS!
