Customer Care Specialist was knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant and very professional!

I was completely flabbergasted with problems when I tried to file a reimbursement claim and our policy could not be found. I spent 2 hours calling numbers given to me by Evercare, and luckily, ended up in the professional care of Jessica Moore. This can-do woman worked with me to help me find the details that I needed, despite many obstacles. She was friendly, reassuring, and her kindness and empathy made a harrowing experience so much better. I am very, very grateful for her hard work and dedication on my behalf.

Amanda Osewalt is very helpful and understanding and also I forgot to mention she is very great at what she does and will definitely give you an excellent conversation along with helping you find what work best for you her personality is outstanding if you need to talk to someone it should definitely be her btw thanks Amanda

Whyatt Thompson helped me after my mother of only 66 yrs old died unexpectedly. She had paid for her contract in full so as the executrix I called to answer and get a refund. He was able to tell me my options and provide me with a better alternative for my family. Everything has been hard dealing with insurance and policies after my mothers death and the only thing has not been is my experience with Whyatt. I will be forever grateful for his empathy and skilled salesmanship!

Christine Bridwell it’s a great asset to your company her follow through from start to finish is exceptional. Her commitment to servicing. The customer is exceptional. She’s very knowledgeable in her job and she’s very easy to talk to on the phone. She makes you feel very comfortable and she listens well. She does not want to leave the customer hanging and she goes above and beyond to make sure that from start to finish everything is taking care of. There’s nothing left undone, I’m truly grateful that I did get her to be the one that called me. I’m very grateful for it she’s a definite leader in your company.
