Joe McCall , Gavin and Staff provided the BEST, no BS presentation real estate investment opportunity I have ever seen. He readily acknowledged problems and pitfalls, while addressing real low/no-cost SOLUTIONS without continious pitches to "...buy this one additional module..." was in itself refreshing. What a great experience, Joe and Gavin laid out every step from finding sellers and buyers to making offers and closing deals. I truly enjoyed the 5 day flip dirt challenge and I would recommend everyone to sign up for it.

Joe is an amazing teacher! I love that he gets right to it and doesn't do a lot of the hokey stuff (constant, "Put a 1 in the chat if...." blah blah blah, or more time trying to sell us a program versus teaching us what we're there to learn to see if we want to invest in the program, etc....). He is straightforward and shares great information and opens the mind!! Much appreciated - Thanks Joe!!

I cannot get past the technology problems.

The company provides a way for the ordinary person to pick themselves up by there bootstraps and better themselves without restrictions. Also like a person like in there twilight years a chance to build a finally legacy to be proud of.

I absolutely loved the 5-Day Flip Dirt Challenge! I’ve been in real estate for over 27 years and have experience purchasing properties off market, but land investing is an area I wanted to understand better. This challenge gave me a much clearer picture of the process and showed me how I can take the experience I already have and apply it to land. What I appreciated most was how Joe broke everything down into simple, actionable steps. From choosing a market and finding opportunities to analyzing properties, making offers, following up, and building relationships with buyers and Realtors, I walked away with an actual plan instead of just more information. One of my biggest takeaways was to stop overthinking and take action consistently. I already have relationships with builders and developers and their buy boxes, so this training helped me see how I can work backward from what they are actively looking for and focus on finding land opportunities that fit their criteria. Joe and his team were also incredibly encouraging and engaged throughout the challenge. I really appreciated the feedback on the homework and the positive environment they created. There was so much value packed into these five days, and I’m genuinely grateful I participated. I’m going on a road trip soon, and when I return, I plan to join the mentorship program so I can continue learning, take what I’ve started to the next level, and get deals done. Thank you, Joe and the entire team, for pouring so much into this challenge. It was truly a blessing.
