This was easy. A bit confusing as to when the call would happen because I was not finished with the process. Worked out fine

Ordered 10/11 , was told 2 weeks, now they’re saying a month to get the card. Misrepresentation. Very unhappy!!!
Response from Elevate Holistics Medical Marijuana Cards· Nov 3, 2025
Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how frustrating the wait can be. Once your application is submitted, the approval timeline is entirely handled by the State of Oklahoma, and we do not have the ability to speed up or influence their processing times. While approvals often happen within two weeks, the state can take longer depending on their workload. We want to make sure everything is moving forward for you. Please reach out to us at 816-400-4203 if you have further questions. We’re here to help and want to ensure you receive your card as soon as the state completes their review.
